The FSU Seminoles have rolled into another postseason with a dominating 44 regular season wins and their eyes set on the program's 22nd appearance in the College World Series.

Congratulations to FSU for capturing the No. 7 overall Super Seed in the 2013 NCAA Baseball Tournament!

Florida State has made numerous trips to Omaha, but has yet to hoist the CWS National Championship trophy. The 'Noles once again possess strong talent and are poised to make a championship run.

With fans hoping to wear FSU CWS Champions T-shirts for the first time in the school's history, the Seminoles will rely on their team leaders to blaze a path to Omaha and beyond.

6/2/13 update: FSU wins Tallahassee NCAA Regional: The Seminoles swept through the region and wrapped it up with an 11-4 win over Troy. In three games, Florida State outscored their opponents by a 32-4 runs margin!

FSU is the 2013 ACC Atlantic Division Champions as Mike Martin's squad placed four members on the all ACC team. Senior Scott Sitz was named to the ACC first team The senior right hander is in the midst of a career year posting single-season highs for wins, starts, innings pitched and K's. Sitz is 9-1 with a 1.66 ERA in 76.0 innings with 61 K's in 13 starts. He is tied for the conference lead in wins, while his ERA ranks as the fourth lowest in the ACC.

FSU's first College World Series appearance in 1957 and has totalled 21 trips to Omaha. The 'Noles have been on a hot streak as of late with CWS berths in 2008, 2010 and 2012.

CWS Runner-Ups: Although the Seminoles have not captured a national championship in college baseball, they were the NCAA runner-up in 1970 1986 and 1999.
